Installation requirements The CADvent Plug-in supports MagiCAD 2011.4 which runs on AutoCAD 2008 to AutoCAD 2012 on 32-bit computers and AutoCAD 2009 to 2012 on 64-bit computers including AutoCAD Verticals. The Plug-in supports Windows W indows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32- and 64-bit and Windows 7 32- and 64-bit. Installation and activation Download and install the Lindab CADvent Plugin.exe from the download link below: NOTE: You need to have local administrator rights to install the Plug-in Pl ug-in on your computer.ĭownload the installation file and save it on your computer for later installation or install it by pushing the “Run” button. If you have an earlier version of CADvent Plug-in installed will be prompted to uninstall the existing version first through t hrough the Windows Control Panel. Select the AutoCAD versions you want to install on and push “Next”: In the next dialog you will be asked on which AutoCAD platforms you want to install the CADvent Plug-in. In the next dialog the installation path is shown, push “Install” to start the installation. During the installation you will be asked to select a market area.

Enter your contact details and press “Activate”, the green tick confirms the activation. Then close the dialog by pressing the “Close” button. Now you can launch MagiCAD including the CADvent Plug-in. Graphical User Interface The CADvent Plug-in contains of 2 possibilities to access the commands. Both types of interface contain full functionality. The Ribbon palette is available from f rom AutoCAD 2010 or newer versions.
